This module has no cost and is provided as a base with all BlueBox Systems as a foundation module that supports the other modules.

Communications Module

This module is used for advanced communication via email/text/sms/print merge methods. It has various advanced automated functions which allow for triggering of various forms of comunication at key stages in each business process.

  •  Bulk Email : Uses SMTP server or integartes with various online bulk email service providers

  •  Alert Event Notification : System event communication triggers (E-mail, SMS or fax on event)

ePOS Module

The ePOS module functions as part of the Sales module and is a fully functional browser-based Point of Sale solution. It uses offline caching to allow trading 'offline' and syncronises sales to the server as and when a connection is available.
